Cancellations must be made in writing to our reservations department. For individual reservations during low and high seasons, cancellations and modifications are allowed without penalty up to 30 days before arrival, unless the booked rate is prepaid and non-refundable. Cancellations within 29 days of arrival, no-shows, or early departures incur a 100% penalty. For the Festive period (December 20 – January 5), a 60-day deposit and cancellation rule applies. Above all, your reservation confirmation contains the specific Terms & Conditions.

Nayara Alto Atacama offers three main packages: "Dream" (room and breakfast), "Full Experience" (all-inclusive), and "Private Full Experience." The standard Full Experience program includes daily à la carte meals, guided excursions, airport transfers, stargazing at the on-site observatory, and use of the Puri Spa facilities. Specific inclusions may vary based on your booked program or seasonal offers.

Yes, we offer private transfers and ground shared transfers between the lodge and Calama El Loa Airport (CJC) or the Bolivian border at Hito Cajón.

We take pride in being the only luxury hotel in the San Pedro de Atacama region to hold the official "S" certification for sustainable tourism from the Chilean government.

We strive for transparency. Rates in dollars do not include taxes and are exclusive for foreign tourists presenting their unique immigration card (TUI) and paying in dollars (international credit card or cash). If you are a Chilean residing abroad, you must also present your immigration card to enjoy the VAT exemption; otherwise you must pay the corresponding taxes (an additional 19%). If you are a foreigner and do not have the TUI or pay in Chilean pesos or with a debit card, you must pay the corresponding VAT (an additional 19%). Extra charges for additional persons or cleaning fees for policy violations (such as smoking) may also apply.

We accept major international credit cards. For certain bookings, particularly last-minute or during peak seasons, full prepayment may be required via credit card or bank deposit to secure your reservation at the time of booking.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred dates and availability. For the high season and festive period, booking well in advance is essential due to high demand.
